Zoom Integration: How-To

The Bright App has added Zoom integration to make it easy for instructors to schedule online private training sessions. This article is intended to provide documentation for the core use-cases.


To easily create Zoom meetings for private sessions, instructors must first link their Zoom accounts. Go to Settings > Instructor Settings and tap on Link Zoom Account and follow the instructions to login to your Zoom account and authorize The Bright App.


Both you and your client must have the free Zoom Meeting app on your device (mobile or desktop).

Once you have linked your Zoom account, you can check the option to Add virtual meeting Powered by Zoom when creating private sessions for your clients.

When sessions are created this way, we will send an automatic email to the instructor ~30 minutes prior to the start of each session with a link to Start Zoom Meeting and your client will be able to join the Zoom meeting via link either from email or from within The Bright App.


  1. Login to your Zoom account & navigate to the Zoom App Marketplace
  2. Click Manage > Installed Apps or search for The Bright App
  3. Click on The Bright App
  4. Click Uninstall
